Spaceports offer their users the use of an official forum which is divided into several
categories. It is often a lot quicker and easier for all concerned if you follow a few basic
rules when using them:-

FAQ section contain the answers to the most frequently asked
questions.
- Search existing posts

As with any forum or newsgroup it is a good idea to read existing messages before posting -
particularly any "sticky" posts.
There is a search facility available to make this easier.
- Use the correct category

The forums are divided into categories to make it easier to find the answer to questions.
If you post in the wrong category, you make it harder for those that follow.
- Respect other users

The majority of those at the forums are ordinary users. They are not employed by
Spaceports or paid for their efforts in any way.
Please treat them with respect, and try to help them to help you, by providing as much
information on your problem as possible, and by being polite and patient.
