Spaceports provides an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) support channel for account specific
problems, during extended office hours (Mountain Time). There is no email support
available.
If your problem is not account specific, then please do not bother the staff.
One of the administrators recently stated that 95% of the users who visit the chat channel are
either referred to the Spaceports FAQ or this site,
so please make sure you read the existing documentation.
If you're having problems with working out how to use your account, and you can't find the
answer you need on this site or in the FAQ, then please search both the Spaceports Aces Forums and the official Spaceports Forums.
If you're certain your problem is account specific, then please make sure that you have your
account details to hand, and are ready to ask your question before using the support channel.
If you have an IRC client, you can use that to chat to the staff by connecting to
irc.spaceports.com and joining the #spaceports channel.
If you do not have an IRC client, or do not know how to set one up, you can use the Java chat. Fairly obviously, you will need
a Java enabled browser.
