There are some questions which are asked many times in the Spaceports forums, so I have
attempted to collect them together here - and more importantly answer them.
Please note that as Spaceports are constantly improving their services, the answers given here
may become outdated.  The date given near the bottom of each of these pages refers to the last
time it was updated, which might not always be the last time the information was verified.
On important issues, such as rules and regulations, checking the Spaceports site also would be
wise.
Spaceports- General questions about Spaceports and what they offer.
FTP- Frequently asked questions about uploading files to the servers, including ASCII and Binary
modes, CHMOD and error messages.
Upgrades- Answers to common questions on the various upgrade options available (space upgrades, ad
removal and MySQL).
Website- Questions relating to the 'planet' website servers.
CGI-BIN- Queries on the CGI-BIN server, including those on Perl CGI, PHP, SSI and MySQL.
Revenue- Topics relating to the reimbursement scheme and banners.
Rules- Questions relating to the rules and regulations that apply to Spaceports users and sites.
